How the trail actually moves

No manual entry, no fake numbers — the map only advances on real logged activity from the Outdoor Activity Tracker.

Walk sessions
auto-credited
~1,300 AP per km, added the moment you log it — no extra tap.
Run & Ride sessions
queued in the Forge
~433 AP per km, converted manually — about ⅓ the walking rate.
Leg cost, station n
(4,000 + 1,500·(n−1)) × 3
12,000 → 16,500 → 21,000 AP… the pace ramps every leg.
Side quests
flat 6,000 AP
Optional detours — don't spend from your main-path progress.

Daily check-in

Your rank, always in view

A compact Level widget now lives right in the middle of the datetime card, between Current Date & Time and Weather — your rank icon and current level, without a dedicated screen of its own.

It's not just decoration: tapping it is one of three ways into the full character sheet.

Novice, Level 3

The portrait mirrors your real rank — Novice, Warrior, Spartan, Demi-God — and now your profile's gender too. XP comes from the logging you're already doing: meals, workouts, cardio, weigh-ins, weekly reviews.

Underneath, the Fitness Garden grows a stage for every few training days you log, fruiting into bonus items. The Adventure Map button at the bottom is the door to everything below.

The guardian

Every rank guards a temple

Each of the four ranks has its own hand-illustrated boss and its own map — a jungle temple for Novice, a frozen ascent for Warrior, burning plains for Spartan, a celestial realm for Demi-God.

Tapping Adventure Map always opens here first: who's waiting at the end of the trail, before you see the trail itself.

The wilds

Fog of war, station by station

Only the stretch of trail nearest to you is revealed — everything past your next station stays hidden. Your avatar sits glowing on the path, positioned by exactly how far you are through the current leg.

The four tabs above — Forge, Wilds, Armory, Tavern — are the map's own navigation. Armory and Tavern are staked out for later; Forge and Wilds are live.

Real progress

9,200 of 21,000 AP

Tap a station and it tells you exactly where you stand — not a vague bar, an honest number. This leg costs 21,000 AP because it's the third hop on the trail, and leg cost climbs by 1,500 AP of daily pace each time you advance.

9,200 / 21,000 AP — log a real Walk session to close the gap, or convert a Run/Ride in the Forge.

Turn a run into ground covered

Walk sessions credit AP the moment you log them. Run and Ride don't — they're faster per minute but cover less true walking effort, so they wait here as a queue, each worth roughly a third of the walking rate.

Tap Convert when you're ready to spend it toward the trail.

Run 4.2km · +1,819 AP — sitting in the queue until converted.

The way stays shut

The guardian's temple sits at the top of the map the whole time, but it won't open early. Every station has to be reached first — no shortcuts, no skipping to the fight because you'd rather do that than walk.

Locked until the last station — 7 stations to go.

Every station cleared, the crown turns gold

Clear the last station and the lock icon flips to a crown — Enter the Arena appears in its place. From here it's a live camera fight: squats land the attack, head-and-shoulder leans dodge the boss's own strike.

Win, and the fight quietly promotes your real fitness rank — the same way a 7-day streak always has.
